Our specialized Little Dragon program is an age-specific curriculum that is designed to introduce children to the fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do. Our Little Dragon classes are performed in a warm, non-threatening environment. With an emphasis on skill building, concentration, self discipline and fun, classes are designed to enhance motor skill, social and perceptual growth by teaching safe, age appropriate Tae Kwon Do and Gymnastic skills to each child. The Little Dragon instructors teach children basic tumbling, blocks, punches and kicks while emphasizing a healthy attitude versus absolute precision. Little Dragon help toddlers improve their focus and concentration and develop self-control through fun and organized activities that are developmentally correct.
Our secret to teaching your child coordination, concentration and self-control is a unique method we like to call "Edu-tainment". Each class is fun, safe and develops the little dragon to be better balanced, more focused while learning to understand how their bodies move and function.
Little Dragon Reinforces Your Family Values
Many of the same concepts you are teaching your child at home will be consistently reinforced through classroom discussions in your child's program. Topics such as: good manners (which include keeping hands and feet to themselves), respect for one's self and others, following directions the first time and more are taught!
